Sr Professional Billing Analyst

Role Summary: We are seeking a Senior Lead Professional Billing Analyst to spearhead the seamless integration of newly acquired clinics into our Epic instance. This individual will collaborate closely with Ambulatory and Technical Leads, as well as executive leadership, to analyze current and future billing workflows, identify gaps, and design optimal solutions for implementation. The Senior Lead Professional Billing Analyst will serve as the liaison between the billing team and project stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate execution of integration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of Professional Billing workflows and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with Ambulatory and Technical Leads to develop and document integration strategies for newly acquired clinics.
• Lead gap analysis initiatives to identify disparities between current and desired billing processes.
• Design and communicate clear implementation plans to PB Analysts, overseeing the transition from design to execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for billing team inquiries and escalations throughout integration projects.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables, coordinating resources as needed to expedite integration efforts.
• Actively engage with leadership to provide updates on project status, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience implementing Epic systems in healthcare ambulatory settings.
• Proven expertise in physician practice billing operations and integration of new clinics into Epic PB instances.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders and fostering collaborative relationships.
• Familiarity with healthcare technology, including Epic systems and peripheral devices essential for clinic support.

• Location: Greater Fort Worth/Dallas area.
• Remote Work: This position offers 90% remote work flexibility, with occasional travel to onsite locations as required.
