Job Title: Sr. Product Owner

The Team:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Product Owner to join our team supporting Engineering Workbench. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and managing the development of new features and enhancements to our software products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure that our products meet customer needs and drive business success.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and prioritize product features and requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain a detailed product backlog, ensuring it is well-organized and up-to-date.
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with the company’s goals.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure that product requirements are understood and implemented effectively.
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions and improvements.
  • Facilitate regular meetings and communication with stakeholders to keep them informed of product progress and changes.
  • Ensure that product releases are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Act as the main point of contact for any product-related queries or issues.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product owner or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with software products and engineering workflows is a plus.

The Location: Denver, Colorado (Remote)

Benefits

Compensation/Benefits Information (This section is only applicable to US

candidates):

Accuris states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $95,000 to $125,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan as well as comprehensive benefits.
