Lead the effort to design, implement, and maintain all new network hardware and software.
Lead in the development and deployment of Company standards on all network related equipment. Identify requirements for the administration and maintenance on all network gear and oversee the deployment of systems to meet those needs
Lead in troubleshooting, configuration of backups, reboots and technical support of the environment.
Lead meetings with colleagues to work on projects, strategies, and/or to address issues.
Design and perform seamless upgrades of existing equipment.
Conduct project planning, cost analysis and vendor comparisons.
