Roles And Responsibilities
  • Lead the financial analysis that determines Electrification Software and its sub-segments’ P&L performance.
  • Support FP&A Leader on quarterly pacing, annual and longer term forecasting of orders, revenue, CM, Operating expenses and EBITDA. Identify gaps vs target early on to drive mitigating actions.
  • Laser focused to ensure data accuracy across all income statements
  • Provide support to wing-to-wing forecast process (budgets, forecasts, pacing etc.) from data generation, digitization, and submission through to senior level presentation and communication
  • Partner with FP&A leader to illustrate ARR transformation to accurately report metrics
  • Act as partner and advisor to FP&A Leader and at times the CFO, raising awareness of future headwind/tailwinds based on analysis
  • Lead data synthesis to create executive summaries of the business headwinds/tailwinds relative to both financial impact + business operational drivers as well as business model / structuring
  • Support and partner with segment CFOs and respective teams globally
  • Proactively and strategically engage a global set of stakeholders across a global matrix
  • Execute and deliver, partnering and influencing across all levels of the organization

Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 8 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
