Spirits Ambassador

The Spirits Ambassador reports into the Spirits Category Sales Manager and will provide excellent guest service while traveling to different locations and introducing guests to different Tree House Distillery products with excitement. This is an integral role and well-suited for an individual who has initiative, can get up to speed on our culture and processes quickly, takes pride in minor details, and understands their impact when considered as a collective whole in the organization.

This position is part-time and will travel regularly to all Tree House locations as well as off site to bars and restaurants throughout the region.

As a Spirits Ambassador you will be responsible for the following:

• Drive sales of Tree House Distillery products by providing the story and details of our spirits products through:
• Conducting tastings of Tree House Distillery products primarily at Tree House locations
• Executing off site promotional events involving Tree House Distillery products
• Engaging possible accounts by leading product tastings
• Be passionate and a subject matter expert on the Tree House Distillery product portfolio to effectively and enthusiastically communicate product information to guests, colleagues, and other consumers
• Regularly provide education to Tree House retail and hospitality team members around our Spirits portfolio, in order to provide a more informed guest experience regarding our Distillery products
• Provide data and feedback to the Spirits Category Sales Manager regarding customer choices and responses to the products
• Support marketing and other grassroots marketing-based activities
  

Role Requirements

• Must be available to work nights and weekends//have a flexible schedule week to week
• Must be 21+ in age
• Active TIPS certification required
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted
• Must have valid driver’s license in good standing on
• Must have reliable transportation
• Extensive knowledge of spirits strongly preferred
• Experience as a brand ambassador or cocktail bartender a plus
• Excellent customer service skills
• Motivated to work independently and able to work in a professional manner
• Organized and detail oriented
• Outgoing and engaging personality
• Enjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression
