Solutions Engineer

Robert Half is looking for a Solutions Engineer or Presales Candidate for a full time remote role

Role is remote but must be open to travel

Comp on this role is 65K - 75K with OTE of 200K

Your Responsibilities

• Work with Sales and Technical teams and support client development

• Collaborate with executives, business leaders & IT managers and subject matter experts at Fortune 1,000 customers to identify and frame compelling use cases for HiQo.

• Collaborate with high-performing teams including data scientists, mathematicians, solutions engineers, application engineers, and project leads.

• Engage with prospective clients, understand their business objectives, and identify opportunities where machine learning can provide transformative solutions.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop compelling sales strategies and materials that effectively communicate the value proposition of our machine learning products and services.

• Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our machine learning solutions.

• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations to potential customers, addressing their specific use cases and requirements.

• Provide pre-sales technical support, including answering inquiries, resolving technical issues, and guiding clients through the implementation process.

• Collaborate closely with the machine learning engineering team to understand the latest developments, product roadmap, and upcoming features, ensuring accurate representation of our offerings to clients.

Specific requirements are:

• Master’s degree in a technical field, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or similar field and Master of Science or Business Administration degrees.

• 4+ years of work experience, including 2+ in management consulting, with experience in machine learning, big data analytics, data science and cloud computing.

• Deep business knowledge of at least one target industry, ideally high tech, energy, telecom, financial services, life science, or manufacturing.

• Driven, goal-oriented and proven record of delivery.

• Ability to learn quickly with excellent analytical problem-solving skills.
