Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our quality assurance team. As a QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. If you have a passion for testing, strong analytical skills, and experience with both automated and manual testing, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Test Planning and Execution:
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define test scenarios.
• Create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Execute manual tests to validate functionality, usability, and performance.

• Automation Testing:
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools.
• Leverage TOSCA for end-to-end test automation.
• Use Playwright for web application testing.
• Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.

• Defect Management:
• Identify, report, and track defects using issue tracking systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
• Verify defect fixes during regression testing.

• Regression Testing:
• Perform regression testing to ensure that new features and enhancements do not impact existing functionality.
• Automate regression test suites wherever possible.

• Performance Testing:
• Collaborate with performance engineers to execute performance and load tests.
• Analyze test results and provide recommendations for optimization.

• Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA testing.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (manual and automated).
• Proficiency in TOSCA for test automation.
• Experience with Playwright for web application testing.
• Solid knowledge of defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.).

• Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with continuous integration tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.).
• Knowledge of API testing using tools like Postman or RestAssured.
• ISTQB or other relevant certifications.
