Position: Social Media Manager

Reports To: Marketing Director

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are a leading hospitality, real estate, and construction group committed to delivering exceptional experiences and high-quality services. We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our marketing team and help us enhance our online presence and engagement.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with our online community.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to track and improve engagement and reach.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising.
  • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and other content creators to produce high-quality visual content.
  • Manage social media content calendar and ensure timely posting.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  • Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Creative and disruptive mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.


Tools and Software:

  • Social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  • Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
  • Canva.
  • Content calendar tools (Monday).
