Calling all Social Media experts with experience with Sprinklr and in heavily regulated environments. Our healthcare client is looking for a Social Media Manager to join their team in a freelance capacity.?
Details: This is a 20 hr per week, fully remote position requiring someone located in Eastern time zones. Candidates local to or within driving distance of Indianapolis preferred. This role will ideally start in September and is currently slated for 6 months, ending February 28, 2025. However, there is a high possibility that this will extend. This position will be provided a laptop if preferred.
This Social Media Manager will be responsible for:?
Deploying and monitoring social media campaigns
Quality check social care team for correct labels, responses and notes
Running regular reporting on campaigns and posts
Review request submissions and project folders, then work with partners assets
Assist with sponsored content campaigns and monitoring, and organizing all associated efforts
Acting as the backup for organic posting and social response approval
Aid in rollout of their new content management platform, Sprinklr
Aid in social media budget management
The Social Media Managers required qualifications are:?
Experience with Sprinklr
Knowledge of best practices related to organic social media posting
Highly adaptable to timelines that change and re-prioritize often
Prior experience in heavily regulated industries and social media management within those
The Social Media Managers preferred qualifications are:?
Experience with Khoros
Knowledge of image resizing for social media requirements
Social media budget management experience
