About the Role:
Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer
Day to Day:
Ascendion is looking for a SRE to help with an upcoming Disaster Recovery work. This person should be strong standing up observability capabilities from the ground up. be working on migration for large database, help with automation work and help monitor all aspects of the SRE process for the application. The person should have a good foundation working with traditional cloud and SRE tools for monitoring and observability.
Must Have:
5+ years working as an SRE.
Strong experience with AWS, Route 53, Lambda.
Experience with Mongo DB.
Experience with Kubernetes - setting up clusters from scratch.
Experience with load balancing, redirecting, restricting.
Experience with AWS.
Experience with Gitlab.
Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana - must be strong with observability.
Agile practices especially familiarity with Jira and Confluence tools.
Strong Experience with healthcare.
Location: 100% Remote
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $100,000– $105,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skill, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
