We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sign Production Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of sign production, ensuring that our products meet the high standards of quality and aesthetics that our clients expect.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the production process, from design to installation, ensuring all signs are produced on time and to the highest quality
Manage a team of production staff, providing training and guidance as needed
Coordinate with the design team to ensure designs are feasible and can be produced within budget
Maintain inventory of materials and order supplies as needed
Ensure all safety protocols are followed in the production area
Work closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in sign production technology
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sign production management
Knowledge of sign industry standards and production methods
Familiarity with C45 California electrical sign contractor regulations
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
