The UX team at Insight Global reports into Product Management and is responsible for the experience side of our exponential growth journey as a company. As a team we partner with our technology, AI/ML and data teams to uncover timely interventions to strategically enable our sales, recruiting and managed services teams to not just drive efficiency and innovation but also best in class service for our clients, candidates and consultants.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Sr UX Designers are ambitious, self-driven design professionals who go beyond best practices to uncover novel, unexpected but viable solutions. They work on medium to large size efforts that have direct business impact expectations, within the context of a project/team. They manage your work mostly autonomously, collaborating closely with team leads. They are high-level performers who create strong relationships and have the ability to lead projects. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Conduct user research and translate your findings into narratives, frameworks, models and diagrams to help drive clarity and action around your findings.

• Conceptualize, design, evaluate and help deliver and measure the effectiveness of our experiences.

• Work with your partners and peers to continuously shape and refine your designs towards meaningful business outcomes.

• Help evolve our design practice through your contributions to our design system, process development and other team activities.

• As a senior in the UX team you'll be looked to for your expertise in design; specifically, to help cultivate a shared understanding of our design practice.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• 5+ years of relevant and recent professional work experience.

• Bachelors degree in HCI, Human Factors Engineering, Cognitive Science, Interaction Design, Computer Science, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or related experience.

• Natural listener, facilitator, communicator, and collaborator. Our team thrives on collective wins and overall team growth.

• Experience using Figma for both UI design and prototyping.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

A portfolio (or case studies, presentations, design challenges) are required to demonstrate your design abilities and your work creating and managing design systems.

This role is NOT open to remote candidates and is based out of our HQ in Atlanta. We are willing to be flexible with a hybrid schedule, while remaining local to Atlanta.
