We are searching for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate is a motivated full cycle recruiting professional with experience hiring at all levels and who prides themselves in their ability to source and hire diverse candidates. This person is excited to build meaningful partnerships and become embedded with the teams to offer support from within.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates for various positions across Technology using various recruitment methods including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct interviews, both in-person and remote, to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate pipeline management, interview coordination, pre-post offer/on-boarding engagement.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pool by establishing and nurturing relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
  • Ensure a positive candidate & hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication and feedback.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and update job descriptions and specifications for various roles within the organization.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of effective recruitment processes, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify trends, evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6-8 year of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment across Technology, Product, Sales, Corporate functions, with a focus on sourcing and hiring for diverse roles and levels.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Results-oriented and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
  • Strong knowledge of current recruiting trends, tools, and platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) e.g. Workday.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Salary Range

$101,900.00 - $142,750.00
