Day-to-day responsibilities: Review nutrition labels and healthcare claims ; Research and identify new ingredients; Collaborate with cross-functional teams; Interpret and communicate scientific literature; Support clinical studies.
Preferred candidates should have clinical experience such as working as a registered nurse or registered dietitian in a healthcare setting (e.g., hospital, bariatric clinic) or having experience with clinical studies.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree:1-2 Years with significant experience and RD certification considered
Master’s degree: Less than 1 year in nutrition is preferred
PhD: New graduate or 1 year in nutrition is preferred
Overqualification Criteria
PhD with extensive industry experience may be considered overqualified
