Lead workstreams to design, develop, and test complex applications spanning server, client, and web components.

Foster collaboration between application architects and developers to ensure accurate design requirements and deliver exceptional value to clients.

Demonstrate proficiency in crafting detailed design, coding, and testing documentation to meet client expectations.

Employ essential development methodologies, domain knowledge, and best practices provided by project advisors.

Act as a technical consultant for senior management, contributing to projects ranging from app modifications to designing new modules and components.

What We're Looking For

Six or more years of experience in application, web, and product design and support throughout the development life cycle, with a preference for experience in Medicaid and Medicare technologies.

Strong foundational knowledge in software and product design methodologies, programming languages, operating systems, and web development.

Expertise in application development policies and procedures, along with the ability to analyze costs and budgets for financial feasibility.

Proficiency across programming languages and environments, showcasing versatility and adaptability.

Effective team player with excellent written and oral communication skills, facilitating collaboration with application developers, clients, and leadership.
