Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Production Manager at Mango USA in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Senior Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, including planning, coordinating, and executing production operations to ensure timely delivery of products. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage production budgets and timelines, and continuously improve processes to optimize efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in the fashion industry
• Strong knowledge of production processes, garment construction, and quality control standards
• Experience with supply chain management, including sourcing and vendor selection
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software
• Knowledge of sustainability practices in the fashion industry is a plus
