Job Description

The Senior Integrated Producer leads large integrated projects and is responsible for their creative and business success. They elevate the creative vision while staying on schedule, on budget, and meeting client business challenges with versatility, creativity, and impressive problem-solving skills. Striving for flawless execution and high-level craftsmanship, the role requires leadership, mentoring abilities, excellent communication, and sound business judgment. The individual should have a deep understanding of digital and web development, stay updated on the latest digital technology, and be comfortable in a hybrid product manager/producer role.

Key Accountabilities 

  • Elevate the creative; Find versatile solutions to keep good ideas alive. Lead the evolution of creative concepts into even stronger executions 
  • Production Planning: Have the foresight to see a project’s trajectory and put a plan in place to get ahead of its development while being strategic and not only tactical. This includes creating schedules, managing task management systems (such as JIRA), partnering with PM on resource planning and circulating all production plans among discipline leads for buy-in.
  • Serve as team lead. Mentor junior talent and serve as escalation point for team of 3 producers. Share production experiences with others to help department growth. 
  • Foster growth and excellence within the department – facilitate cross-discipline knowledge transfer, continuously look for process improvements and efficiencies, and own new hire training on production processes.
  • Lead the vetting process to determine whether ideas are feasible within the project parameters (budget and schedule), providing creative solutions as needed.    
  • Lead the execution of large digital productions including overseeing large multi-discipline and hybrid teams, vendor procurement and management, and ensuring overall quality of work with multiple deliverables and multiple workstreams.  
  • Track and Actualize production budgets, working closely with Business Affairs, Account and PM  
  • Coordinate meetings, notes, hot sheets, status reports, task lists, etc., tracking against production deadlines and milestones. 
  • Serve as the point person for all day-to-day internal and vendor communications. Be the backbone of the production and a confident leader for the group. Ensure that all key stakeholders are kept informed and (if needed) educated on the production process.    
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of art directors, copywriters, designers, account management, project managers, editors, animators (and if digital project - tech leads, designers, and developers.)    
  • Lead and document post-project summary meetings and suggesting ways to instill learnings within the department and across disciplines.    



Qualifications

  • 6+ years agency experience as a Producer   
  • Production expertise in Digital (OLA, AR, website/game/appbuilds, voice app) or Experiential (art installations, stunts, events, pop-ups)    
  • Experience managing digital campaign assets for high volume clients
  • Implementation experience for display media
  • Knowledge of 3D asset creation process
  • Proven ability to assess feasibility of creative executions and propose production solutions that push the quality of work forward.    
  • Knowledge of common software/digital production tools such as Microsoft Office, Figma, Miro, Jira, Trello, Smartsheets, etc.
  • Passionate about digital innovation – stays up to date on the latest and is eager to bring new technology/processes to Dentsu
  • Project a positive, collaborative, “can-do” attitude 
  • Bright and curious, not afraid of a challenging project 
  • Self-motivated and driven. Able to focus in a fast-paced environment. 

Additional Information

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $68,000 - $110,400. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
