POSITION TITLE: Senior Director of Store Design & Construction
POSITION PURPOSE:
The Senior Director of Store Design & Construction has direct accountability for the execution of all new store, remodel and shop in shop programs across all regions. Builds and maintains relationships with Corporate and Regional commercial teams to execute concepts across all brands. The Sr. Director has day to day authority over internal and external teams, including Architects, Planners, Construction and Facility Managers, and shall be the primary liaison between the Corporate Development Team and Regional Development Personnel. The Senior Director reports to the Chief Executive Officer, and is based in Los Angeles.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Develop and maintain budgets and timelines for all Long Range Plans based on regional historic data and trends, commercial requirements and region specific needs.
Create processes to align regional development objectives with global development direction from headquarters.
Hire, train, and retain regional teams to execute development projects, including both internal and outsourced assets.
Maintain regional reporting of all costs and activities and update weekly.
Build and maintain relationships with Architects, Contractors and suppliers to support development objectives.
Partner with Purchasing and Design to continually evaluate and improve concept build out requirements based on commercial team input, regional material availability and value engineering initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with Franchisees to ensure brand standards are adhered to.

Salary Minimum
175,000.00
Salary Maximum
215,000.00
Base salary will be determined on various factors, including but not limited to, market data, internal equity, relevant background, and experience for the specified role. GUESS?
