We’re looking for a Global Leader to join our People Team. As our Senior Director, Global Talent, you’ll have the opportunity to lead, grow, develop our hiring processes, advise and partner closely with hiring managers, profile the best candidates, stay current on innovative recruiting technology, trends, and practices and bring in the best talent and provide an impactful and memorable candidate experience
Responsibilities
Act as a strategic thought partner Hello Heart's Executive team
Advise Hello Heart in navigating hyper-growth on a global scale
Build and Lead a world-class recruiting and talent Function
Develop and implement aggressive, creative recruiting strategies to meet growth goals
Hire, coach, and develop members of the Talent team
Build a scalable Recruiting Operations function that enables better data-driven decision making and more efficient execution
Be responsible for full-cycle talent management, which includes recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, workforce planning, and more
Define and evangelize Hello Heart's global Talent Brand and establish a best-in-class experience for candidates and managers
Collaborate with Executive Leadership on compensation, benefits, and career ladders to better attract and retain top talents
Collaborate with Executive Leadership on workforce planning, resource allocation, and budgets to grow the business sustainably
Skills & Experience
You are a recruiting leader with a bias towards action that thinks about the holistic candidate and employee experience - 8 years of experience preferred
You have built recruiting teams from scratch and have led teams in hyper-growth companies
You have helped teams define their “talent bar” and built exceptional companies
You are a data-driven, operationally-minded leader.
You have a pulse on the industry and ensure your team remains innovative and competitive in an evolving talent ecosystem
You lead from the front and can help your team navigate difficult searches
You have international experience building teams (TLV) and running hiring strategies in one or more regions aside from the US
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $175,000 to $250,000. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the annual salary and bonus only, and do not include equity or benefits.
