Senior Corporate Recruiter

Our client is seeking a Sr. Corporate Recruiter for an excellent hybrid position located in the greater Atlanta area.

• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting on internal and external positions within all corporate functions.
• Assist with University recruiting programs
• Partner with Human Resources teams on various initiatives

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of recruiting experience, minimum 3 years in a corporate environment, sales and IT recruiting experience a plus.
• Proven track record of results in a matrix environment
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior level stakeholders
• Comfortable with LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing, applicant tracking systems, metrics, and reporting results.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
• Some travel may be required
