The brand was launched in October 2016, by Emma Grede and Khloé Kardashian, to empower all women to celebrate their bodies with confidence by offering high-quality designs in all sizes. What started as the largest denim launch in history, has evolved into an iconic and inclusive fashion line of denim, ready-to-wear, swim, shoes and activewear.

The Senior Copywriter at Good American plays a pivotal role in shaping our brand voice. This role demands strategic thinking and a consumer-centric approach, contributing to product communications across various touchpoints from conception to execution. You will be instrumental in evolving the brand voice in line with industry best practices, staying ahead of the curve by understanding both the industry’s trajectory and Good American’s direction in regard to innovation, quality, style and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Write copy for emails, social postings, eCommerce platforms, video scripts, retail signage and presentations to support seasonal projects.
  • Brand Voice Evolution: Develop the tone of voice for new campaign and product categories, and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Storytelling and Consumer Journey: Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop and execute storytelling and consumer journey for all product launches.
  • Naming Conventions: Create naming conventions for materials and innovations, and collaborate with our legal partners to vet options.
  • Brand Directives: Write and edit brand directives and toolkits, track changes throughout the GTM processes, and update copy accordingly.
  • Editing and Proofreading: Proofread and edit jr copywriters and team collaborators to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand standards

Please note that this role requires to be onsite four days a week.
