What You'll Do

  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with consultants globally, ensuring alignment between the company Asset Management's investment strategies and the needs of our clients in the institutional market.
  • Collaborate with global, national, and regional consulting firms to understand their investment objectives and promote our strategies effectively.
  • Provide valuable market intelligence on key search trends and developments within the consulting community.
  • Operate at the intersection of financial services and technology, contributing to the development of cutting-edge financial tools that enhance our customers' financial well-being.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 8+ years of experience in investment or related fields, with a focus on traditional and alternative offerings within institutional consulting.
  • Proven success in the Northeast and Southeast regions, with a track record of securing mandates and supporting client exposures.
  • Strong existing relationships across delegated and advisory teams, as well as with manager research and field consultants.
  • Skills in identifying opportunities, project management, product knowledge, client service orientation, and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with leadership abilities.
  • Demonstrated expertise in relationship building, negotiation, and presentation.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • FINRA licensing including the SIE or equivalent, series 7 and 63 required within 90 days of employment.
  • MBA or CFA qualifications preferred.
  • Willingness to travel, up to 40-50% as needed.

  • Competitive salary range: $174,000 - $280,000 per year, with potential for bonuses and incentives based on individual performance.
