The Business Analyst position is included in a workplace model that allows for a combination of in-office and remote work.

As a Business Analyst,Essential responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with Technology teams to enhance CRM functionality.
• Build and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders utilizing CRM and develop and understanding of their business needs.
• Lead complex projects and coordinate communication between business units to develop a shared understanding of project goals and objectives.
• Maintain an ongoing understanding of business processes/workflows and internal/external customer impact of each.
• Serve as the system administrator for software as assigned and deliver cross-trained support within the team.
• Serve as primary point of contact with various third-party service providers.
• Engage in project management for system enhancements, selection, conversion, implementation, integration, testing, training and deployment.
• Support Data Access Governance standards, specifically as it pertains to data integrity, maintenance and reporting.
• Actively participate in third-party risk management, mitigating operational and reputational risks to the organization, assist management in the development and adherence to controls as required, adhering to sound business practices
• Test solutions to identify system defects and impact to current processes.
• Research enhancements/system abilities and recommend software solutions.
• Communicate problems and issues to key stakeholders, including management, development teams, end users, and unit leaders.
• Serve as a consultant to line of business managers and other stakeholders on the most efficient use of current applications.
• Pursue opportunities for continuing education to deepen understanding of systems, best practices, industry trends, etc.
• Provide training to end users for new system implementation as well as for ongoing training on enhancements/changes.
• Assist in design and implementation of new systems, or any project-based changes to IT systems or infrastructure.
• Evaluate existing systems to determine current utilization and identify possible expansion of use within existing or additional business units.
• Document system design and data flow.
• Develop project plans for assigned projects and act as implementation lead ensuring that tasks are assigned, completed, and properly documented in accordance with Project Management guidelines.
• Assist business units in preparing and presenting business cases and proposed projects to various committees.
• Serve as back up to Associate Business Analyst for Tier 1 support for assigned systems prior to advancing more technical issues to IT.  Cross train with other Business Analysts to provide support.
• Develop and maintain industry knowledge and analysis for emerging trends and practices.

Skills Needed: 

• Experience deploying, administrating and troubleshooting enterprise applications
• Strong mastery of Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff.
• Highly self-motivated and directed with an attention to detail and organization.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a deadline driven environment.
