As a Senior Enrollment Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and administering employee benefits programs for our organization. You will work closely with the different companies/groups and insurance carriers to ensure that all benefits are effectively communicated, utilized, and enrolled. The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills, knowledge of employee benefits, and experience with benefits software.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other related benefits.
Conduct enrollment meetings and provide guidance to employees on benefits options and eligibility.
Collaborate with HR team to communicate any changes or updates to benefits programs.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.
Maintain records and track employee eligibility for benefits.
Act as a liaison between employees and insurance providers to resolve any issues or concerns.
Stay informed and up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to employee benefits.
Assist with the implementation of new benefits programs and enhancements.
Train and mentor junior benefits coordinators on processes and procedures.
Qualifications
Insurance License in Life and Health (REQUIRED)
Employee Navigation Software and/or Build Out Software experience (REQUIRED)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing employee benefits programs.
Experience with employee benefits software, such as Ease, Selerix, and Harmony.
Strong knowledge of employee benefits including health insurance and life benefits.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to effectively navigate and resolve employee benefits inquiries and concerns.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
