Job Description

WE WELCOME REMOTE CANDIDATES RESIDING IN THE US.

As a Senior Associate, Audience & Insights, you will play a key day-to-day role in supporting teams and clients through an audience-first, people-based marketing approach. You will contribute to product outputs across business dynamics, cultural + societal shifts, audience insights, media trends, creative influences, and tech innovations that inform strong media channel and partnership recommendations. You will join in the momentum of our team's hybrid offering combining the best of Strategy + Research & Insights into an integrated product that advances our position as a best-in-class modern marketer that drives to optimal business performance. You will report to the Director, Audience & Insights.

  • You will have a strong interest in understanding business dynamics, cultural and societal shifts, audience insights, and tech innovations.
  • You will support the strategic planning process, collaborate with Planning leads, and build relationships with creative agencies and vendor partners. Your success requires a balance of analytical and creative skills, complemented by comfort with numbers and methodologies.
  • You will have a desire to explore the unknown for the sake of uncovering 'amazing' and the experience to translate numbers into meaningful intelligence
  • You will have a multicultural mindset and an understanding and appreciation for diverse cultural perspectives and their impact on marketing strategies
  • You will have the proficiency to take any concept and ELIF (Explain like I'm five)
  • You will be a natural connector and ability to use network to drive collaboration
  • You will contribute to team culture where people will want to work in with D&I emphasis

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • You will have at least 3 years of experience in strategy, research, and planning
  • You will have an interest in audience insights, media trends, and unlocking insights about specific cultural groups (e.g., Black/African American, Latino/Hispanic, Asian, LGBTQIA+, and Gen Z) to promote business
  • You will have excellent analytical skills and the ability to obtain insights from data
  • You will the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • You will have familiarity with syndicated resources such as MRI-Simmons, GWI, Numerator, YouGov, Nielsen Ad Intel, eMarketer, Mintel, and social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Buzzsumo)

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000-$110,400. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
