Securities & Capital Markets Associate - Multiple Firms (Hybrid Schedule)

We are working with several Am Law ranked firms, seeking Securities & Capital Market Associates for their New York office.

The ideal candidates have 3 - 6 years of experience working in a law firm on securities, capital markets and other transactional matters, and has strong academic credentials. Experience representing issuers, underwriters, placement agents and selling stockholders in public offerings, private placements of debt and equity securities, IPOs, and other securities offerings, including compliance with, and reporting under the '33 Act and '34 Act is required. Candidates should also have experience with listing requirements and more complex issues, including tender offers, consent solicitations and contested board elections. M&A experience is helpful but not required. NY Bar admission, or the ability to become in admitted in NY shortly after hire is required. Longevity in work history (3+ years) is strongly preferred.

The base compensation ranges from $235,000 - $390,000 commensurate with experience. In addition, the firms offer generous bonus programs, excellent benefits, hybrid work schedules, and formal orientation, training, and mentorship programs.
