What You'll Do
Guide and mentor our development team in Agile best practices, ensuring early resolution of challenges to keep projects on track.
Collaborate closely with teams to achieve sprint goals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and achieving optimized workflow.
Utilize your expertise in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and GitLab Agile Project Management to drive sustainable process improvements.
Directly contribute to the enhancement of Marine Corps Business Operations Support Services through the development of DevSecOps infrastructure.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, demonstrating leadership in Agile practices and team facilitation.
Proven ability to implement solutions that enhance workflow and team performance.
Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira or Confluence and knowledge of Scaled Agile (SAFe) principles.
Strong communication skills and the ability to drive change and facilitate scrum ceremonies effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business; Scrum Master Certification (CSM or SSM) required.
Active Secret clearance required; ability to obtain SAFe Scrum Master Certification within 90 days of start date preferred.
Nice To Have
Experience with GitLab Agile Project Management and Agile transformation.
Knowledge of DevSecOps in cloud computing environments.

Compensation
Salary range: $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 annually (USD), based on location and qualifications.
