What You’ll Do

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Global Revenue Operations - Project Management

Location: Hybrid - Newtown Square

Expected start date: August 2024

Duration: 6- 12 months

Working hours: Part time - Full time (20 - 40 hrs./week)

As an intern in the SAP Global Revenue Operations organization, you will play a crucial role in assisting our team with various projects aimed at optimizing our operational processes. This hands-on role will provide valuable experience in project management within a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities Include The Following

  • Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of various strategic projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and ensure timeline delivery of milestones.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare project documentation, including status reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Provide administrative support to business leads, including scheduling meetings, setting up Microsoft Teams, and creating SharePoint pages.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance project outcomes.
  • Design and execute communications to key stakeholders.
  • Complete ad hoc tasks and projects requested by the Global Revenue Operations Team

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Undergraduate majors in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Accounting, Management, Sales or Marketing. Graphic design or videography skills a plus
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Requires candidates to currently be enrolled in an undergraduate, Master's, MBA, or PhD degree program that applies to the position.
  • Completion of Sophomore, pre-Junior, or Junior course level
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Project Management software is a plus.
  • Ability and motivation for self-learning
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and respond to requests under tight deadlines while enjoying a dynamic working environment

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 15-62 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. SAP offers limited benefits for employees hired into hourly or like roles subject to appliable plan/policy terms.
