JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Sales Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales processes. Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, finance, and other cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance sales performance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and maintain sales tools and systems, including CRM software (e.g., Hubspot), sales automation platforms, and other sales enablement technologies.
  • Develop and implement sales processes, workflows, and best practices to improve productivity and performance across the sales organization.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
  • Support sales forecasting and pipeline management activities to ensure accurate and reliable revenue projections.
  • Conduct prospecting activities to identify new sales opportunities and expand market reach.
  • Research and analyze adjacent markets to identify potential growth opportunities and assess market potential.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for penetrating new markets and acquiring new customers.
  • Support the development of targeted marketing campaigns and messaging tailored to specific market segments.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify threats and opportunities for the business.
  • Provide recommendations for market expansion and product diversification based on market research and analysis.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and other sales enablement tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales processes.
  • Certification in sales operations or CRM administration is a plus.
