We are excited to announce that we are adding a Route Operations Manager to our dynamic team! In this pivital role, you will

• Allocate Resources Ensure the optimal use of people and equipment to meet customer needs.
• Resolve Customer Complaints Address and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure Safety & Compliance Maintain high standards for employee safety and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate on Financial Goals Partner with the District Manager to create and monitor budgets and track P&L results.

The ideal candidate will have

• Experience as an Operations Supervisor or Route Supervisor A background in hiring, training, and coaching employees, along with strong route management and resource allocation skills.
• Leadership Skills Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Problem-Solving Abilities Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve operational challenges.
