This role is covering New York and will require extensive in-state travel.

In this role, you will…

  • Provide risk consultations for all lines of business.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide guidance and recommendations to promote safe patient care.
  • Develop relationships that will strengthen ties with customers or prospects.
  • Identify ways to assist team members to address customer specific risk management needs, supporting the development of new and existing business by engaging with customers and team members.
  • Identify ways to leverage risk expertise & industry knowledge to provide a marketing advantage.
  • Provide content for new and ongoing risk management informational products and presents educational programs.
  • Organize, plan and execute on-site (or phone) reviews of customers / prospects.
  • Be able and willing to quickly grasp new concepts and learn new tasks.
  • Take on other duties as assigned.


We are looking for candidates with…

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (required).
  • Master's degree in Nursing (preferred).
  • 10+ years experience in a clinical nursing area with risk management experience.
  • Ability to travel in-state (New Jersey) extensively.
  • CPHRM designation (preferred).
  • Quality Training (is a plus).

General: MedPro Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The annual gross base salary range is $100,000 to $130,000. This range anticipates the low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies. Salary is one component of MedPro’s total compensation and benefits package, which includes medical, vision and dental insurance options, life and accident insurance, 401(k), and short-term and long-term disability insurance.
