Job Summary

The Risk Manager is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks within the organization to ensure the safety and security of employees, assets, and operations. This individual will develop and implement risk management strategies and policies to minimize potential threats and losses, as well as monitor and assess compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and assess potential risks associated with various business operations and activities
• Develop and implement risk management policies, procedures, and protocols
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and areas of improvement
• Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Collaborate with departmental leaders to address and mitigate identified risks
• Provide training and support to employees on risk management best practices
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on risk assessment findings and mitigation strategies
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in risk management
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in risk management, business, finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Certified Risk Manager (CRM) or Certified Risk Professional (CRP) designation preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
