Each QA reviewer is assigned ~4-6 reviews (applications) each month
Reviews consist of set of application controls compared to evidence provided by the application manager for their specific application
Once review is complete, QA reviewer discusses any findings with application manager
Attend team meeting 2x weekly to discuss progress and address questions (held in the morning to accommodate global team)
As time permits, may also be asked to conduct additional analysis based on findings and trends
Required (hard) Skills/experience
2-4+ years of risk, controls or quality assurance experience
MS Office Proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong collaboration and partnering skills with ability to positively influence and motivate others, enjoys working in a team environment
Preferred Skills/experience
Demonstrated subject matter knowledge in technology and/or information security processes is preferred (access, segregation of duties, resiliency planning, code scanning, etc.)
Ability to integrate and analyze data from multiple sources, draw conclusions, and provide recommendations
Proven time management and organizational skills
Demonstrates accountability and ownership & understanding of the importance of business ethics
