About The Role
The Residential Page creates a strong sense of arrival for residents and guests by welcoming them to the building and assists residents by making deliveries such as packages, mail, faxes, and other items to guest rooms.
What You Will Do
- Creates a strong sense of arrival for residents and guests by welcoming them to the building and safely parking their car in the garage if requested. Assist the residents with unloading groceries, parcels, and luggage. Assists Door Staff by opening front door when not parking cars, and assures that resident and guests’ departure is swift by retrieving cars in a timely manner.
- Greet and assist residents and guests from cars when they arrive. Issue valet parking ticket to guests when Door Staff is unavailable.
- Open Residence doors for all residents and guests and welcome by name.
- Provide residents and guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions.
- Handle interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible. Resolve customer complaints, assist customers in all inquiries in connection with Residence and hotel services, key Four Seasons personnel and in-house events, etc.
- Prior Bell Attendant, Door Attendant, or Lobby Page experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management skills: ability to multi-task, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions. Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to operate all computer equipment necessary to perform the job; knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite preferred/is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work closely with other departments and communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and guests.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 100 lbs.
