Remote Position

Overview: We are seeking a Requirements Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and verifying requirements for the design, development, integration, testing, and deployment of a modernized BMF (Business Master File) platform. Additionally, you will provide support for day-to-day Operations & Maintenance (O&M) work based on IRS priorities. US Citizenship is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and verify requirements
• Capture detailed system capability and functionality descriptions
• Ensure clear, consistent, and testable requirements are documented
• Develop test plans, test procedures, and completion criteria based on requirements
• Review and harden requirements
• Collaborate with customer representatives to review and refine requirements
• Ensure requirements are robust and aligned with project goals
• Maintain Requirements Verification Traceability Matrix (RVTM)
• Create and manage RVTM to track requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate testing activities
• Work with Test Engineers to align testing priorities with business needs and confirmed requirements
• Support Change Control processes
• Participate in Engineering Review Boards to categorize and manage requirement changes effectively
• Collaborate with project team
• Work closely with software development/configuration, test, and management team members
• Adhere to project schedules and milestones
• Provide regular status updates to management
• Experience with Domain Driven Design
• Familiarity with Event Storming Workshop and its application in software design and development
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• U.S. citizenship
• Strong understanding of requirements management
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in test planning and coordination
• Knowledge of Change Control processes and configuration management
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Familiarity with Domain Driven Design methodologies is a plus
