This bank is seeking an experienced Investment Banking Vice President, ideally with background in aftermarket automotive or real estate sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of the financial intricacies within these industries and demonstrate a proven track record of success in investment banking roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage client relationships within the aftermarket automotive transactions.
Develop and execute strategic financial plans, including mergers and acquisitions, and other advisory services.
Conduct comprehensive market research and financial analysis to support investment decisions.
Collaborate with senior management to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Oversee the preparation of detailed financial models, presentations, and other deliverables for clients.
