Job Title: Remote HR Manager - $90-$120k (FinTech)

We offer an intuitive web-based CRM for financial advisors and wealth managers.

Our CRM makes it incredibly easy for everyone from solo financial advisors to enterprise firms to manage their current book of business, and increase their sales.

Our software integrates with leading FinTech brands and general tools like Google and Outlook. It enables them to manage their book of business, streamline their workflow, and grow their practice.

We are Series B funded for $30MM, have been in business since 2012, and have around 100 employees.

Our founders have built and exited several successful start ups and this is their third venture.

We are REMOTE first and our team is distributed throughout the country.

Due to growth, we are actively hiring a our first Remote HR Manager experienced in

  • Onboarding and offboarding
  • Owning internal employee processes
  • Assisting w/ 30/60/90/etc day career planning

Experience with the followings is a big plus, but not required:

  • Tech start ups or smaller high growth companies
  • Early stage employees

This will be our first HR hire, so experience as an early stage employee or early/first HR employee is a big plus.

In addition to the previously mentioned tasks, you will be a generalist assisting in other HR matters as needed. We would love your feedback as to how you can help to improve our HR function.

What You Will Be Doing
