Responsibilities
- Ensure all service activities meet customer schedules and goals.
- Direct daily, weekly, and monthly performance against established financial goals and metrics and ensure compliance of company policies and procedures at all responsible sites.
- Ensures proper workforce management including headcount, schedules (time off request and attendance), payroll, and employee relations (discipline).
- Coordinate collection of all aging receivables.
- Responsible for maintaining daily invoices, accurate part tracking and inventory levels.
- Develop and implement continues improvement opportunities and employee training needs.
- Drive root cause corrective action problem solving initiatives to achieve improved safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Review and recommend short and long-term resource requirements, capital equipment, facilities expenditures, and ensure adequate supply of tools & equipment.
- Recommend workplace layouts and service methods by auditing operations to improve service flow and reduce costs
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
- Years of Experience: 5 or more years of experience in business, customer service, or equipment repair industry
- CDL License preferred, Vocational training certificate or equivalent in work experience. Strong knowledge of Diesel Engines, Electrical systems, Hydraulics, Generators preferred
- Ability to attain airport issued ID badge
- Must possess a valid drives license and must comply with TSV Pool, Fleet, and DOT policies
- Travel Requirement: 50%
