Responsibilities
- Attain annual budget for each franchise within your assigned region.
- Conduct in person and virtual presentations on multiple aspects of the business.
- Identify new opportunities within your assigned region.
- Collaborate on strategic third-party business relationships with each franchise partner to maximize each opportunity.
- Cultivates lead generation through own organic and third-party programs.
- Accelerate answers for our locations.
- Create a business plan and metrics for each location to review regularly and ensure achievement.
- Conduct regular training for your market's locations.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing team to drive local marketing activities with each location.
- Ensure all locations adhere to their franchise agreements.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Undergraduate degree.
- Expert ability in building relationships and influencing people.
- Strong experience in conducting training via virtual and in person.
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Office and sales plus service programs.
- Proven past success achieving sales goals.
- Franchise experience preferred.
