Salary is $125,000 - $130,000/year | Credit given based on experience
How you will make an impact:
As a Regional Director of Operations at SilverCrest, you’ll establish systems within our properties, including those that pertain to the care of our Residents. The right candidate will have strong quality assurance skills to measure processes and outcomes of programs, physical plant systems and their requirements, as well as the financial health and marketing results across our communities. This position will play an integral role in ensuring the high satisfaction of SilverCrest residents, staff and our guests and ensuring that our services meet or exceed state and federal regulations for health care and housing.
This is a full-time position that allows for some flexibility in hours.
What you will need:
Bachelor's degree preferably in housing, health care, business administration or a related field
Active Assisted Living Director License with the MN Department of Health
Minimum of 3 years experience in a management capacity in housing, service or a health related field
Minimum of 2 years experience as an Executive Director in an assisted living facility
