Role:
twentyAI's recruitment function is growing and we are looking for a Recruiting Manager to join our Charlotte, North Carolina office. Our office is located in South End where we work on a hybrid basis (2 days in the office, 3 days out). While we have Client Developers and Account Managers in our two other offices (NYC and Austin), we are currently focused on growing our recruitment team in Charlotte.
As a Recruitment Manager, you will have the opportunity to partner with top Client Developers and Account Managers to build our business relationships with some of the best companies in the world across Finance, Tech, Sales, and Operations. This will take a sales and relationship building mindset. You will also have an opportunity to build your own team that you will be bonused on.
As a Recruitment Manager you will be required to:
Utilize multichannel headhunting and candidate generation techniques to identify and target qualified candidates
Qualifying candidates to establish candidate suitability
Create high quality candidate shortlists, whilst also obtaining leads and commercial information
Lead from the front on activities being driven and produce
Live the Values of the company
Build and maintain a candidate database, deploying successful coding tactics to ensure access to relevant candidates
Use social media to its fullest to attract, connect and speak with best in-class candidates
Become a specialist in understanding market trends
Market mapping to provide clients with high quality profiles for projects
Obtain referrals for best in class candidates
Nurture and protect client relationships throughout live processes
Ensure sufficient updates and regular contact with relevant candidates
Skills needed to be successful:
3+ years of experience in recruitment
Leadership experience is a plus, but not required
Proven success and track record of production
Ability to lead a high performance culture
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Ability to demonstrate a solution based mindset
Quota or goal oriented mindset
Able to meet strict deadlines
Independently motivated
Team player
