My client has an outstanding reputation recruiting within the Financial Services space, with a cemented client base spanning FinTech, SaaS, Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, Private Equity, Insurance/Pension Funds, & Investment Banks, Technology and SaaS.

They're looking for a GTM/Sales/Marketing recruiter to inherit a $1.3 million desk, and when you're ready - build a team.

Recruiting for Sales, Product and Marketing roles within the FinTech space, with an established book of business to work on rom day one, covering seed funded and VC backed fintech firms from startup to international business.

✓ $65k-$100k true base salary (no draw, no threshold)

✓ Flat 40% commission on your deals

✓ Joining a team of high performers, where consultants are comfortably billing $600,000+

✓ WFH flexibility (NYC office)

✓ An established desk, with lots of mandates to work from day one

✓ Specialist GTM/Sales/Marketing recruitment desk

✓ Inherit a $1.3 million desk, build a team from day one (if you choose to!)

With an abundance of mandates on the desk, they're looking for driven and ambitious recruiters to take advantage of the massive billing potential their platform has to offer.

With the option to work hybrid, very competitive true base salaries, and a strong client network, consultants here regularly achieve billings from $600,000-$800,000, taking home 40-50% of their billings.
