Recruitment Consultant

*Opportunity open to Life Science Recruiters based in the Gatwick area

Two positions available at the following levels:

Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant / Lead Recruitment Consultant

UK / EU / US Markets

Salary depends on experience and sits between £25,000 to £35,000

Gatwick area - you will need to drive to the office

Hybrid working model, three in the office, two from home

Remit: KPI FREE, 270 life science recruitment role specialising on UK, EU and US life science markets. You will work closely with the senior leaders and be tasked to deliver on roles fed to the team by them, win your own business and establish and forge strong client relationships. Targets are realistic and you will get to learn and develop from working very closely with the Directors - they have a collaborative and mentoring working style that is second to non in the industry.

Organisation: Small, established life science recruitment business specialising in more senior level roles, £20k plus fees. The business is the best practice, retained search division of a larger recruitment business, based in sperate offices. However, infrastructure such as marketing, HR, finance are shared.

Requirements: You will have a minimum of 12months' experience working as a 360 recruitment consultant. A solid track record in winning and delivering on new business, and leveraging business through strategic account management. You will be able to work a minimum of three days from the office, preferably being a driver and car owner due to the location.

USPs: The Directors are exceptionally nice people and are simply looking for likeminded recruiters to join this very close people led team. There is real drive in the team, however, is the polar opposite environment to some of the larger, sales driven organisations within the industry.
