Fourth Floor is a forward-thinking staffing and recruiting firm – and we are growing! We are looking for an outgoing and organized Recruiting Coordinator to help support our busy team of recruiters. As the Recruiting Coordinator, you will assist with managing fulltime/direct-hire fashion talent for the top companies in luxury, RTW, beauty, menswear, home goods, lifestyle and more!
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is looking to gain more office experience and learn about HR and Recruiting.
What you will be doing:
Candidate sourcing and screening potential candidates
Writing detailed candidate bios
Overseeing candidate paperwork completion
Heavy calendar management on Outlook
Coordinating candidate interviews, prepping candidates via phone and email, and debriefing with candidates via phone post interview
Conducting thorough reference checks
Managing and updating client and candidate information in database
Taking on additional administrative responsibilities and projects as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred
1-2 years of experience in fashion, HR or administrative experience a plus
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
Confident, engaging, and professional communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, and strong ability to multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive and resourceful with a "no task is too big or too small" approach
Positive, personable, and team-oriented mindset
Proficiency in MS Office
Proficiency in Bullhorn and LinkedIn Recruiter a plus
Salary: $50,000-$55,000 per anum
