Title: Field Recruiter

Muller is a full-service Site Development Contractor based in Northern Virginia. Our unique technology and systems-driven approach has led us to become a leading provider of sustainable civil construction services throughout Maryland, Virginia, and DC. With more than 10 years in the industry, Muller is hiring a skilled Recruiter to join their Manassas operations.
As a successful contracting business, the company overhead needs continue to grow. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3-5 years of construction, craft/skilled trades and/or industrial recruiting experience and can qualify candidates. A staffing background is a plus. The Recruiter will work closely with our current recruitment team and report directly to the Director of Recruiting. The purpose of this position is to aid in our current recruiting operations, perform various administrative duties to support the full cycle of recruitment for construction professionals, and to be a liaison between the Virginia offices and HR to onboard new hires.

Responsibilities:
- Manage online postings to include company website and various job boards.
- Review profiles/resumes to qualify potential candidates.
- Schedule candidate interviews and follow up with candidates as needed.
- Sourcing, screening, and scheduling applicants using internal Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) and additional recruitment sourcing tools.
- General HR, Reporting, and Recruiting support
- Assist with special projects as needed
- Attend Recruiting and Networking events when needed
- Preferred four-year college degree in business-related field, at min. Associate's Degree
- At minimum 3-5 years of experience in full cycle recruitment
- High volume recruiting experience in Trades, Construction, and/or Professional Recruiting
- Experience developing and implementing recruitment strategies that positively impact time to fill, quality of hire, and other recruiting metrics and outcomes.
- Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred
- Experience with HR Systems and Applicant Tracking platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects is desired
- Highly motivated, independent drive, self-directed, and results driven to help the company achieve its aggressive staffing goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and under deadline-based requirements.
