Our client, one of Boston's top development firms is hiring a Real Estate Transaction & Escrow Coordinator to work directly with the VP.


More about the role:


  • You will be responsible for maintaining financial records
  • Maintaining Escrow documents / tracking documents
  • Tracking sales revenue
  • Light AR / AP
  • Maintain the real estate transaction and escrow report using Excel
  • Oversee the receipt, processing and tracking of builder fees
  • Review statements / settlements
  • Notarize docs as needed
  • Prepare documents for signature


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree ( finance or accounting is great! Relevant real estate or equivalent
  • experience is also acceptable)
  • 3-4 years of experience in purchase and/or builder true-up reconciliation, accounts

receivable, collections, or revenue recognition roles, preferably in real estate

  • Written / verbal communication skills
  • Notary (or willing and able to become a notary)
  • Must be in the office Tuesday-Thursday
