Must be licensed in Virginia

Management skills to oversee, mentor, and support other agents

Strong Negotiation Skills
Must understand best practices and enforce protocol for real estate transactions
Must be able to work in a team atmosphere but also be self sufficient
Must be able to brainstorm, troubleshoot, and have fun
