Key Responsibilities:
Supervise Quality Operations: Manage and direct quality assurance activities at both the US and Mexico plants
Quality Assurance Leadership: Develop and implement initiatives to ensure all products meet or exceed customer standards and expectations
Promote Excellence: Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement in quality standards throughout the organization
