Job Summary
We are seeking a Quality Control Inspector to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards through inspection, testing, and analysis. With 2 years of experience, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to interpret drawings, you'll examine and assess products, record findings, and collaborate with teams to maintain high-quality output. Your role is crucial in maintaining the consistency and reliability of our products.

Responsibilities
Inspecting materials and components during the receiving and shipping processes
Maintaining database of inspection records
Releasing of ASN's for AM General plant and service locations
Creating Certificates of Compliance for customer submissions
Working closely with operators and supervisors to resolve product issues
Reporting of inspection data and any quality issues
Quarantining on-hold and rejected material until further disposition
May require some interfacing with customers and suppliers
Any additional duties as required by the Director of Quality
Qualifications
Must be able to pass a pre-placement drug screen
Reliable transportation
High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
Minimum 2 years of inspection
Ability to sit, stand, bend, and/or stoop during work hours
Effectively communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner and listen attentively to others
Maintain a good working relationship with customers, co-workers, supervisors, management, and other personnel
Perform all duties in a safe manner
