Job Summary: We are seeking an Entry-Level Quality Assurance Engineer to develop and implement methods and procedures for process control, improvement, testing, and inspection. This role involves designing and installing sophisticated testing equipment, performing product testing and analysis, and collaborating with suppliers to ensure high-quality standards. The position requires independent judgment and professional expertise, with minimal supervision.

Job Duties:

• Develop and implement methods and procedures for process control, process improvement, testing, and inspection.
• Design and install sophisticated testing equipment and perform product testing and analysis to maintain quality levels and minimize defects and failure rates.
• Analyze reports and defective products to determine trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with supplier representatives on quality problems, ensure effective corrective actions are implemented, and contribute to supplier quality improvement programs.

Job Qualifications:

• University degree or equivalent qualification.
• No prior experience required.
• Understanding and application of procedures and concepts within the discipline.
• Ability to make judgments based on practice and previous experience.

Term and Start

• 18 month contract
• On-site in Lakeland, FL
• Pay rate: $40-48/HR
